Wright & Co was established in Hertfordshire in 1994 to offer a comprehensive range of legal services at a reasonable cost, and we still hold to our original vision. Our knowledge of the market and connections with local estate agents and developers make us a natural choice for people in Hertfordshire and beyond, while our background in City law firms gives us the knowledge and experience to get the job done to a high standard.

The Wright & Co team is small, friendly and hands-on, meaning you usually speak to the person who is dealing with your transaction, as opposed to being blocked by a switchboard or PA. We talk in plain English and offer a streamlined, easy service, never overcomplicating issues that often are already difficult to understand.

If it suits you, we can complete transactions without the need for face-to-face meetings, reducing inconvenience to you, although our offices are just 30 minutes by train from London with easy access to the M1. Of course, we’re always happy to meet, and much of our work comes from satisfied clients bringing their business back to us.

Your matter with be handled by either Graham Wright or Ian Brand.

Graham is a solicitor and has 30 years' experience of dealing with property transactions from large commercial acquisitions to residential sales and purchases. Since setting up the practice over 20 years ago, Graham has also acquired a large amount of experience of dealing with probate applications.

Ian qualified as solicitor in 1983 and has practised in the Harpenden area since 1986, dealing with commercial and residential property conveyancing, residential landlord and tenant issues, wills and probate.
