Employment and Settlement Agreements

An employer will often offer a Settlement Agreement in situations of redundancy or where the employment relationship has broken down between the employer and the employee. In the Settlement Agreement the employee is offered a financial settlement in return for agreeing to give up all rights to bring a claim against the employer.

If the settlement proposed is less than generous we can enter into negotiations for an enhanced settlement on your behalf. Once settled we deal with finalising the legal agreement with your employer or your employer’s solicitors to secure your payment.
